Executive, Trucking Domestic Operations- Land Department

Role Summary

Lead warehouse operations at maximized productivity along with safety and quality standards.

Specific Accountabilities

· Lead the team to complete orders fulfillment within agreed TPT with safe and precise, following up-to-date SOPs.

· Able to instruct/team team members processes upon daily operational tasks; ensure they’re passed down with up-to-date processes and competent to perform job requirements.

· Supervise, and motivate all team members to follow up-to-date SOPs, safety requirements, 5s and company regulations.

· Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities accurately and timely

· Do resource planning during holiday and/or peak season

· Respond to customer’s emails and escalations for any warehouse activities in a timely manner

· Develop team productivity with continuous efforts to close gaps in SOPs and to initiate improvement projects

· Proactively escalate to superior for prominent issues in warehouse operation

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Experience and Qualifications

· At least 1-year experience of people management

· University/college graduate

· Experienced with SAP and WMS
