Role Objectives:
The ESS Manager is in charge of New Clients, improve ESS market position and achieve financial growth.
This role is in charge of defining long-term ESS strategic goals, developing new industries/new clients, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing negotiation, and closing business deals.
This role works closely with the internal team (Business Development & Delivery), marketing team, and other BU to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for ESS.
Job Descriptions:
1. Financial Goal Achievement:
- Be in charge of team revenue target.
- Strategize with other managers to set targets and accomplish business growth goals.
- Follow-up with Consultants on customers’ payment.
2. Business Development:
- Work with both international and local client companies to conduct recruitment orders for Upper Management level.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Be accountable for maintaining and developing candidate pool through networking, advertising, referrals…
- Research market & economics trends to identify potential industries.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Negotiate fees and contract terms with clients.
3. Services Delivery:
- Independently manage the projects of recruitment and assessment for senior, top professionals candidates and executive levels + very important searches.
- Manage some key accounts assigned by team leaders.
- Responsible for end-to-end candidate management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preparing detailed assessment reports to ensure client satisfaction with shortlisted profiles.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth process.
- Oversee the whole working process and effectiveness of subordinates.
- Prepare or review recruitment ads and process of posting on suitable channels.
- Join to find creative, effective solutions for team challenges.
4. Internal Coordination:
- Exchange information for the Delivery Team & Back office in daily activities to fulfill their tasks; ensuring good coordination with the Delivery Team in delivering the high and consistent quality to the candidates and clients.
- Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in processes.
- Provide supports for related teams in activities relating to account management.
- Participate in cross departmental projects, when required.
5. Database Management:
- Manage database resources in terms of organized manner, easy for accessible and user-friendly.
- Ensure accurate records in the recruitment database.
6. Process Optimization:
- Join to streamline working processes.
- Contribute & Implement innovative ways of working and tools to improve productivity.
7. Reporting:
- Manage subordinates to generate reports on services effectiveness on regular basis and be in charge of individual reports.
- Join to propose more effective way of reporting and recognition for performance.
8. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all activities align with laws regulations, company's policies, procedures, preventing compliance risks.
- Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if any).

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and emerging trends.
10. Internal Coordination:
- Be an involved and proactive member of the ESS management team, critically assessing management information and proposing creative/effective solutions for challenges the team faces or trying to avoid.
- Participate in cross departmental projects, when required.
- Exchange information for the Delivery Team & Back office in daily activities to fulfill their tasks; ensuring good coordination with the Delivery Team in delivering the high and consistent quality to the candidates and clients.
- Proactively act as an advisor to the Delivery Team and Back Office in aligning certain standard requirements of the whole ESS department regarding the process & system, efficiency, reporting, etc.
11. Database Management:
- Manage database resources in terms of organized manner, easy for accessible and user-friendly.
- Ensure accurate records in the recruitment database.
12. Process Optimization:
- Contribute to streamline working processes.
- Lead to find innovative ways of working and tools to improve productivity.

- Provide support and consultation for top clients, senior and top professionals candidates, executive levels in timely manner to make sure the high quality provision.
- Provide on-going and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added services.
- Play a role of primary contact and a bridge between clients and candidates.
16. Team Management & Development:
- Manage client expectations before delegating assignments to subordinates.
- Align strategies with team member and manage them on working performance.
- Coach the staff members to ensure they can handle and fulfill their tasks effectively and efficiently as well as following the ESS process and system appropriately.
- Manage resources to enhance efficiency, maximize margins.
