Provide secretarial and administrative support to Operations Management (OM).
Manage OM’s schedule, coordinate communication between departments, and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks.
Organize meetings: prepare materials, record and transcribe minutes.
Draft, edit, file, and distribute correspondence, documents, and reports; maintain databases and records.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, appointments, and purchase orders.
Support Property Management with tenant records, lease agreements, and service requests.
Coordinate business trips, events, and conferences as required.
Review internal documents/contracts prior to submission for approval.
Perform other duties assigned by OM.
REPORT:
Coordinates information between active projects and provides data to the OM for effective management.
Assists in collecting reports from Property Managers and forwards information to the OM.
Provides general administrative information and consolidated data as needed.
This position reports directly to the OM.

Qualification: University
Experience: Minimum at 2 years
Language: English (Advanced)
Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Secretary skill
Soft skills: Good communication and negotiation skills; Time and work management skill; Teamwork and independent work.
