1- Provide & support technique for all relevant departments as methods for design, Airflow analysis (CFD), heat load, sound level, ESP, equipments select, specification products, duct sizing in airconditioning system
2- Assist sales staffs to answers enquires with regard technics of A/C system
3- Support to contractors handle the problems after installation A/C system
4- Visit site with sales staff to support they solve all problems of customers.
5- Supervise job to monitor installed work of contractor at site in order to avoid mistaken installation progress.
6- To make the tools for sale supporting as comparison specifications products, efficience energy, a way to sale staff can countermeasure the compertitor.
7- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
8- Protects operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
9- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops and training course then tranfer them to sale department
10- Update vietnamese regulation of HVAC
11- To join technique task team support another department
12. Translation & checking technical materials English to Vienamese
