Strategic Planning & Team Management
- Develop strategies to maintain and improve sales performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) to formulate short-term and long-term strategies for sub-categories.
- Stay updated on market trends and company strategies to provide insights for new product development and sales methods.
- Monitor team performance and delegate tasks/projects effectively.
- Build and train the sales team to maximize company value.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/strategies and adjust the marketing budget accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Supply Chain, R&D) to ensure smooth sales operations, including inventory management, new product deployment, and order fulfillment
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and analyses focused on results and outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Banking Relationships:
- Maintain and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for credit facilities, loans, and other banking services.
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient banking operations.
Other Tasks:
- Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by senior leaders or managers.
