Mô tả công việc

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Tiki…)

  • Support with handling platform issues or customer complaints and follow up with relevant departments or support teams

  • Research and identify suitable KOLs/KOCs for product seeding or campaign collaboration

  • Assist in communication and coordination with KOLs/KOCs when needed

  • Support other tasks assigned by the E-commerce Executive or Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • No experience requirements.

  • A Plus to have knowledge of  E-commerce / Marketing

  • Basic understanding of online marketplaces and social media

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets is a plus
