SUMMARY:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing, and ensuring the stable operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including Servers, Workstations, Network, Telecommunication, Systems, Helpdesk, and the Network Operations Center (NOC). This role also involves researching new technology trends and integrating them into the company’s IT development strategy to optimize performance and support business growth.
DUTIES:
IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and telecommunications.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and optimal performance.
- Support and monitor Helpdesk and NOC to ensure IT services are consistently delivered.
- Manage the technology infrastructure for software engineering, including Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, JFrog, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, or their equivalents.
- Design, implement, and maintain network solutions, virtualization (VMWare, Proxmox, Virtuozzo), data backup, and system performance monitoring tools.
IT Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Research and propose new technologies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
IT Security & Compliance
- Ensure IT systems comply with security standards, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop and implement security policies, disaster recovery plans (DRP), and business continuity plans (BCP).
- Expert Firewall: Sophos, Fortinet.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop the team to meet business needs.
- Guide, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
Other tasks
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Willing to take business trips when required
