Director/Head of User Experience - Consumer and Seller

Tiki is looking for a Head of User Experience to setup a world class design organization. Understanding customer is at the center of everything we do at Tiki. E-commerce in Vietnam market is evolving from search and intent driven discovery to engagement and interaction driven fun experience of shop. We are setting out to build a seamless, coherent and contextual mobile first platform that mixes traditional e-commerce with live streaming, facebook style interactive commerce. This is a first hand innovation, first in industry standard setting opportunity. As the leader of Tiki’s UX Design Team, you will be the champion of innovation in user-centric solutions for the most ambitious ideas that propels our products & services to the next level. You’ll steer the team whose mission is to build a framework that translates Tiki’s vision of being the most trusted e-Commerce platform into scientific, methodological UX design process.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and refine a universal design language across consumer facing applications with complex products and services (Set up information architecture, Interaction and visual design guidelines and library, brand guide)
• Set up formal user testing and research function for consumer and seller groups
• Partner with the Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers and Content Strategists to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.
• Design elegant flows & interactions for a mobile first shopping platform
• Recruit best of design talent and mentor and develop existing design talent
• Executive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
