Job Description
Performance Marketing (80%)
· Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google, and LinkedIn, Email marketing
· Deliver against key KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and community sign-ups.
· Manage an ad spend budget of ~70M VND/month with clear accountability for ROI.
· Build campaign structures, test creatives, and continuously improve targeting and bidding strategies.
· Set up and maintain tracking with Google Analytics, GTM, UTM parameters, and Looker Studio dashboards.
· Integrate campaign data with HubSpot CRM for lead tracking and reporting.
· Use SEMrush (or similar tools) to analyze keywords, track competitors, and improve search performance.
· Apply basic SEO best practices to support organic growth and enhance Google Ads Quality Score.
Marketing & Admin Support (20%)
· Assist with events and webinars (promotion, tracking sign-ups, reporting).
· Contribute to regular reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking.
· Collaborate with content and community teams to ensure alignment across channels.
· Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Experience required
2.5+ years of proven experience in Digital Performance Marketing.
Competencies required
· Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
· Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, UTM tracking, Looker Studio, and HubSpot.
· Familiarity with SEMrush (or similar SEO/SEM tools) and basic SEO techniques.
· Ability to manage and optimize a monthly ad budget with clear ROI focus.
· Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Basic English (reading, writing, and reporting) required.
· Organized, proactive, and comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast- paced environment.
KPIs / Success Metrics
· Lead generation & CPL – driving qualified leads within budget.
· ROAS & CAC – ensuring efficiency of ad spend.
· Engagement & Conversion Rates – across targeted channels.
· Community growth – sign-ups or memberships driven by paid campaigns.
· SEO contribution – improved keyword rankings, website visibility, and Google Ads performance.
· Reporting accuracy & timeliness – dashboards, campaign insights, budget use.
