CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand & Supply Planning Manager to manage SCM Team. Process Innovation Manager (Demand - Supply planning) plays a vital role in optimizing supply chain operations to meet customer demand effectively, minimize costs, manage inventory efficiently, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting: Collaboration with Commercial team (MKT/Trade MKT/CS-SO/Sales) and Finance (MA) teams to accurately forecast customers demand for both Domestic and Export market
- Inventory management: Ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock or shortages
- Demand & Supply alignment: Collaborating among Commercial, Manufacturing and Finance (MA) to align an concensus plan to balance sales target and production capacity
- Performance monitoring: Tracking KPI: Forecast Accuracy (FA), Forecast Bias (FB), OOS, SLOB & DOI to access the effectiveness of the S&OP process and make data-driven decisions
- Others:
- Scenario Planning: conduct scenario analysis to evaluate different supply chain scenarios and develop contingency plans to respond to changing market conditions
- Continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and increase overall operational performance
- People development: build capability for planner in term of planning accadamy as well as communication
