Key Responsibilities:
● Manage partnerships with other development leaders and managers.
● Involve a high level of interaction with team members, peers, and development leadership.
● Work closely with other game team leaders such as the Game Designer, Art Director, Producer, and Technical Director.
● Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
Delivery Management:
● Develops and establishes strategic project management, quality standards, and methods that ensure on-time and in-scope delivery.
● Develop, maintain, and publish project KPIs that track project quality, delivery, and predictability.
● Guides the development of technical estimates, work plans, methodologies, and deliverables.
● Manages and mitigates risks in all projects.
● Drive and coordinate crisis management.
● Handle all issues related to the delivery capacity.
● Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Models for multiple clients across the globe.
● +5 years of experience in Game development as Deliver Manager or Director.
● Technical ability and knowledge of developing languages such as Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, or C++.
● Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.
● Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.
● Strong delivery processing skills.
● Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
● Experience operating within Agile and waterfall environments.
● Extensive background in development and delivering technical-complex projects throughout the lifecycle.

● Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
● Ability to understand and communicate technical issues.
● Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines.
