[DA NANG] QUALITY MANAGER (GARMENT/ TEXTILE) - Salary up to 50M

Job Description

• Understand customer requirements and ensure quality standards are met
• Devise and review product/process specifications
• Establish SOPs to ensure right-first-time quality
• Set quality requirements for raw/intermediate materials and monitor compliance
• Identify deviations, suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards
• Implement new quality systems, train QC staff
• Inspect final output, approve or reject products
• Collect feedback and investigate complaints
• Submit detailed reports to senior management
• Maintain and analyze quality data to improve team performance

Product & Process Quality Assurance

• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Conduct vendor factory audits and follow up on mill compliance
• Summarize quality issues for management meetings
• Analyze cost of quality and rejection percentages

Testing (Once Lab is Operational)

• Compile internal test reports
• Ensure lab meets industry standards and customer expectations

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in similar roles, with direct interaction with Western customers
• Education: Degree/Diploma in a relevant field

Skills Required

•   Strong logical thinking, decisiveness, and problem-solving
•   Work independently and under pressure
•   Fluent in English with excellent communication
•   Experience in garment or textile industry
•   Detail-oriented and results-driven
•   Proficient in MS Office, strong understanding of QC procedures and compliance
