Customer Services – VietJet Air (District 9)

• Receive and proactively provide consultation/introduce suitable products based on customer requests through VietJet Air’s hotline, email, website, etc.
• Handle inquiries and complaints related to service usage or service quality such as booking, seat changes, upgrades, refunds, etc.
• Record and forward customer requests to the relevant department/system with full details as per company procedures.
• Collect and summarize customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct management; willing to work on a 24/7 shift schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Age: 20–35.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Education: College diploma or higher. No prior experience required.
• Proficient in office computing.
• Good communication skills, clear and neutral accent (no regional dialects).
• Responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and attentive.
• Able to work on rotating shifts (24/7).
