Job requirement

  • Follow up customers’ enquiries on parcel status via email and groups in different communication apps
  • Operate CMS to exert parcel status and tracking

  • Assist in tackling parcel check-in errors on Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • Coordinate with departments to confirm parcels shipments are error-free

  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

  • Based in either HCMC or Hanoi City office

Job requirement

  • With at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the freight forwarding or express delivery industry.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and self-motivated; able to work independently; 

  • Strong communication skills; proficient in Vietnamese and English.

  • Experience with CMS operations is a plus.

  • Experience in customer service team management is an advantage.
