Job requirement

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. This position acts as the key liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication, order management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the order-to-delivery process, including order confirmation, changes, and follow-ups.

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding lead times, delivery status, and product updates.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Planning, QA, Logistics) to meet service expectations.

  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain customer data, order records, and update ERP system accurately.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related roles (preferably in manufacturing/garment/textile industry).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Good command of English (both written & spoken).

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
