Job requirement

  • Act as the main contact point to receive and handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, accounting…) to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

  • Manage and track customer orders (input into system, confirm orders, update progress).

  • Monitor production and delivery schedules, support in solving arising issues.

  • Consolidate and report order status and customer feedback on a regular basis.

  • Follow up on customer debts when assigned.

Job requirement

Requirements:

  • College/University degree in Business, International Trade, or related fields.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of reporting/analysis software is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure.

  • English communication and email writing skills.
