Get to know our Team:

  • The Grab Creative Department is responsible for building the future of the Grab brand by increasing the love of our users. As part of this team, you will be working with progressive thinkers from all other departments in Grab and external partner agencies, to uphold creative excellence across the Grab Marketing landscape. Your goal is to deliver a holistic Grab experience for our end users and define the future of our brand using beautiful design, creativity, strategic thinking and strong intuition.


Get to know the Role:

  • The Head of Project Management will spearhead the delivery of creative projects in Grab’s marketing. You will manage workflows and budgets to ensure effective execution of campaigns, while coordinating schedules between different teams effectively. You will be an excellent communicator and manager, enabling your people to bring out the best of their abilities.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Work hand in hand with the Regional Creative Director to design, plan and implement workflow systems and processes using project management software.
  • Monitor progress of creative projects, from briefing to execution.
  • Take charge of the administration for communications campaigns, including time and cost.
  • Help facilitate bigger film productions.
  • Conduct regular housekeeping of jobs and follow up with suits on any long pending job in the system.
  • Responsible for publishing a weekly “Work in Progress” status report and updates Creative Director and Creative Group Head.
  • Obtain quotes from vendors & assists in estimating of jobs, finding the best value of production for Grab.
  • Manage the team on a daily basis including resolving job issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team.
  • Works well with all team members on local and regional level.

The must haves:

  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Mass Comm/Advertising or any other project management related course.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital creative experience a plus.
  • Self-reliant with high energy levels.
  • A team player and attentive to details, independently problem – solving and responsible by character.
  • Good command of spoken English.
  • Min. 5 years experience in a similar capacity at a creative advertising agency.
