The Malaysia Marketing Creative Team is the brand guardian. It supports marketing efforts via communication that is clear, relevant, and interesting for the intended audience. Everyone in the team is responsible for building and maintaining brand love.

Get to know the Role:
As Senior Art Director, the candidate will be tasked with turning marketing strategies into great creative campaigns. Your work scope covers conceptualising and executing communications deliverables that include digital campaigns, ATL/BTL advertisements, activation ideas, and customer experience design.


The day-to-day activities:

• Ideating for key campaigns, and identifying opportunities to build brand love
• Crafting and supervising art direction for all marketing collateral
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure the clearest, most interesting work is produced Work closely with Creative Lead, Senior Copywriter, Creative Producer, and Marketing team to ensure briefs are clear and timelines are met

The must haves:

• Minimum of 7 years
• Diploma in Design/Art or relevant qualifications. However, an outstanding portfolio beats paper qualifications any day.
• Creative agency background of at least 6 years. Digital advertising experience is a plus, but attitude to learning new skills is more important.
