• Create customer-friendly content beyond basic product descriptions - highlight how features improve customers’ lives;
• Deeply research the product with engineers to understand key features and customer benefits;
• Develop engaging content from the customer’s perspective to enhance their experience;
• Optimize product titles and descriptions with strategic keywords to improve visibility in E-commerce platform;
• Understand and leverage key ranking factors such as sales rank, stock availability, and keyword relevance;
• Continuously refine content to attract customers and drive sales performance;
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints on e-commerce platforms professionally and promptly;
• Handle product returns, refunds, and negative feedback in compliance with company and e-commerce platform policies;
• Report customer insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement;
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.

WORKING TIME:Monday - Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00
