Content Marketing Executive

- Create customer-friendly content beyond basic product descriptions – highlight how features improve customers’ lives;
​- Collaborate closely with product and media teams to understand key features and transform them into strong visual ideas;
- Prepare props and assist in setting up photo/video shoots, especially for home, kitchen, and lifestyle content;
- Develop engaging visual briefs for product photos and videos to enhance online store presence;
- Support styling and staging during media shoots to ensure product appeal;
- Optimize product titles and descriptions with strategic keywords to improve visibility on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.);
- Assist in collecting and reporting customer insights to enhance content and improve store experience;
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback on e-commerce platforms professionally and promptly;
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the team leader/manager.

WORKING TIME:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00

- University  bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Marketing, Communication, Business, E-commerce or related field;
- Having work experience in an E-commerce platform is a plus.
​- Strong written English skills with an ability to create clear, engaging, benefit-focused content;
- Passion for visual storytelling, styling, and product presentation (especially in home & kitchen);
- Good sense of aesthetics and familiarity with media production process (photo/video);
- Willing to learn, highly collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced, creative environment;
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
