Scope:
- Develop and execute plans to grow GrabExpress in Singapore;
- Responsible for prospecting and engaging partners to use GrabExpress as their preferred logistics partner;
- Scoping and developing a customised GrabExpress solution for different partners/customers;
- Conceptualise and execute new services to grow the revenue base of GrabExpress;
- Account manage partners on the GrabExpress platform to ensure high level of satisfaction as well as upselling to increase wallet share contribution.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of business development/commercial experience in the ecommerce/O2O space;
- Strategy and operations experience preferred
- Shown the ability to present and engage C-Suite executives;
- Experience in partnership development;
- Experience in working with cross functional teams;
- Experience is working with Product and Engineering teams
- Data driven – ability to use and interpret data to make strategic decisions;
- Keen eye for details;
- Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment;
- Entrepreneurial and a hustler;
- Able to work as an individual contributor as a start.
