Mô tả công việc

Commercial Strategy & Pricing

  • Lead and manage a team focused on pricing and commercial operations to grow platform GMV, Margins, etc.
  • Analyze pricing, sales, and margin data to provide business insights and support strategic decisions;
  • Track OKRs and help maintain execution rhythm across teams.

Cross-functional Strategic Projects

  • Drive strategic projects: dynamic pricing, customer tiering, and automation, etc.
  • Follow up on deliverables across commercial and related teams;
  • Coordinate with Tech, BI, and Finance on key priorities from the COO;
  • Prepare summaries and analysis to support decision-making.
