Mô tả công việc

1. Performance Report Analysis:

  • Extra data from DW for collections performance analysis/requirement from Management;
  • Do segmentation analysis on portfolio from collections point of view
  • Provide data to back-test / Do simulation for new suggestion/scheme/campaign
  • Do forecasting weekly/monthly of roll rates/provision.

2. Reporting:

  • Provide weekly/monthly report of Collections performance
  • Update result of all reports as required (allocation, performance,…)

3. Operating:

  • Track and monitor the performance for new bonus scheme/pay out/ target setting
  • Do pilot/ champion-challenger to test the efficiency new approach/ new scheme….
  • Set allocation plan for Collections Division
