Get to know the Role:
-Planning and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional events.
-Leading the execution of each marketing campaign and activities to ensure flawless brand presence and coordination.
-Responsible in achieving KPI and target set by Country Marketing Head.
The day-to-day activities:
- Under the direction of the Area Marketing Manger, manages the promotion and direction of the field marketing activities by increasing brand awareness and improving the company's product image
- Coordinates and supports efforts with the supply and marketing teams to maximize Revenue
- Ability to assist and develop local campaigns in assigned region(s), as well as national activations to enhance the brand on a larger scale
- Studies market conditions and develops strategies with the Leads necessary to execute activation on a local level, must stay current with market developments and as they happen
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for activating specific field marketing directives within the market, including managing the preparation of logistics, coordination of resources, etc.
- Recruit, hire, train and continuously develop Leads, evaluate employee performance, and create directives that enhance team performance
- Schedule field market visits to monitor and evaluate teams’ performance when out in the field engaging with consumers; regularly meet with key stakeholders
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience,
- Minimum of 5 years management experience
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with vendors and marketing partners
- Excellent at managing time, priorities and expense
- Able to work independently while being a team player
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
