- Assist the store manager in planning the yearly budget
- Monitor and control expense usage, including comparative analysis against previous months and the same period last year to identify variances
- Investigate cost-related issues and propose effective solutions to optimize spending and ensure cost-efficiency
- Oversee the usage and inventory of non-trade materials
- Track and manage the validity of licenses and certificates to ensure timely renewal and compliance with regulations
- Ensure all facilities meet safety standards
- Manage stationery supply and support monthly and bi-yearly stock takes in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure all reports to Authorities periodically as regulations - Accounting management
- Manage the financial activities of the store effectively & efficiently and comply accounting and tax regulation
- Control the store's cash and other monetary assets, do not let the situation of loss happen
- Complete accounting report timely. - Technical Management
- Supervising the implementation of maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns and maintain smooth, efficient operations.
- Managing and coordinating timely responses to equipment failures to minimize production disruptions and ensure business continuity
- Reviewing and evaluating machinery options and service life, providing strategic recommendations that align with store conditions and budgetary constraint
- Coordinating with HQ departments and external suppliers to plan and conduct safety training sessions on proper and safe equipment usage
- Overseeing the preparation and submission of reports, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time - SPA Management
- Regulations on the use and management of POP, POS
- Control decoration of MD and company events

- Recheck ensure a reasonable arrangement of shifts for opening, closing store, balancing.
