Mô tả công việc

  • End-to-end responsible for development and operation of the Loan Origination Product, including but not limited to Loan Origination System for Retail Customer, Loan Origination System for Corporate Customer, Internal Credit Bureau System and other directly related systems in this domain
  • Research about service related to this domain.
  • Support design, develop, and deploy soulutions to actualize requirement analysis results in order to build up applications that can meet business requirements of this domain.
  • Study and upgrade application versions following recommendation from application providers related to this domain.
  • Manage testing data, tool and environment related to this domain.
  • Self-perform (or cooperate with vendors to perform) application performance tests related to this domain.
  • Install, manage and operate application systems related to this domain.
  • Manage vendors, services quality of vendors/other service providers related to this domain and take full responsibility on their services.
  • Level 2 and Level 3 support for the corresponding systems in this domain, which provides expertise to fulfill all customer requests, according to the IT Service SLA.
  • Being responsible to resolve and/or managing other domain lead to resolve incidents and problems related to customer in this domain in a timely manner, which minimize the business lost.
  • Collect and report statistics regarding status and performance of relevant SLA/OLAs.
  • Maintain stability, availability and quality of services related to this domain. Perform regular maintenance as per recommendations for relevant system applications.
  • Proactively propose IT service process improvements, changes in system, business process changes related to this domain.

        Educational Qualifications

  • Specialized in IT, Computer Science 

2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn Có Liên Quan

       Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

  • Graduated as a Bachelor of IT

  • 7+ years’ experience IT Support Experience
  • IT Developer Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with database software/web applications
  • 3+ years’ experience with at least one of MS SQL Server, Oracle, Java, PL/SQL, T-SQL
  • High Availability Experience
  • Understanding of the operation, the nature and scale of the VPBank's business

3. Các Kỹ Năng/ Skills

  • An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, where the technology is constantly changing
  • An interest in the way organizational processes work
  • Understand and analyze the capability of VPBank's Databases System

4. Các Kinh nghiệm Liên quan/ Relevant Experience

  • Familiar with Linux shell and able to write automation shell scripts
  • Having experience operating the microservices or containerization application
  • Having experience building/operating on public cloud such as AWS (EKS, ECS, EC2, VPC, RDS...) is an advantage
  • Familiar deployment CI/CD technology, such as: Docker, OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
  • Familiar with Automation/Orchestration such as: Ansible/Terraform or Puppet...
  • Automation/Orchestration tool as Jenkin, Integrity.
  • Knowledge MS SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, T-SQL
  • Java/Enterprise application performance tuning and best practices
  • Knowledge of programming skill with languages such as: Java, UML, web-based technologies is big plus.

  • Understanding about ITIL is advantage.
