Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for retail banking sales and service functions, encompassing CRM (Sales & Service modules), sales pipeline management tools, service desk platforms, contact center technologies, branch applications, and related API integrations.
Technology Strategy: Define and guide the implementation of technologies supporting sales and service operations, with a strong focus on leveraging hybrid cloud environments for scalability, resilience, and agility.
CRM Integration: Design and oversee the integration of CRM systems (particularly SAP CRM) to enable effective sales pipeline management, lead tracking, service case management, customer interaction history logging, and a unified 360-degree customer view for sales and service staff.
Omni-Channel Enablement: Architect seamless, consistent, and efficient sales and service journeys for customers and staff across all relevant channels (mobile, web, branch, contact center, Relationship Manager tools).
Data Strategy: Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to define data requirements, flows, and management strategies necessary for sales performance reporting, service efficiency analysis, agent productivity tracking, and providing relevant insights to front-line staff.
Sales & Service Process Automation: Design the technical framework to support the automation of key sales workflows (e.g., lead assignment, approval processes) and service requests, enhancing efficiency and consistency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders in Retail Banking, Sales Management, Service Operations, Branch Banking, Contact Center, and IT teams to understand requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Roadmap & Governance: Develop technology roadmaps, standards, and best practices for the sales and service architecture. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture principles and security standards.
Vendor Assessment: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and partners relevant to sales enablement, CRM, contact center, and service management capabilities.
Innovation & Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in banking, SalesTech, ServiceTech, CRM, contact center solutions, AI in customer service, and cloud technologies, bringing relevant innovations into SHB.
