We are seeking a dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to helm our Human Resources Department.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include designing innovative personnel systems, overseeing all HR functions, and crafting strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Japanese side.
Your ultimate aim will be to develop and manage a high-caliber HR framework that effectively meets our company's needs.
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Design innovative personnel systems including compensation and benefits (C&B), evaluation and grading systems (HRBP), education and training (L&D), etc.
- Listening to the voices of frontline members and effectively incorporating their feedback into systems and policies via operating and supporting the HRBP model.
- Formulate and implement HR plans and strategies to effectively support the accomplishment of the company’s overall business operational goals.
- Cooperation with Japanese sides and the Global Section at the Head Office.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing time and attendance, other compliance and governance checks, career development, succession planning, retention, and talent acquisition globally.
- Work with the Board of Directors on other tasks.
