Chief Accountant

• Develop and manage the accounting, tax, and custom function.
• Manage all rounded financial and accounting issues for our establishments in Vietnam.
• Plan and carry out accounting activities for the Vietnam office to maintain timely and accurate reports to headquarters and local tax offices.
• Handle all matters relating to tax, including annual audit, tax office queries for all business locations.
• Manage and implement the Group’s accounting systems, internal control and practices in Vietnam.
• Report to the management.
• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting related duties.
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting and adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines with minimum 5 years solid working experience in manufacturing costing.
• Proficiency in English & able to communicate at all levels.
• Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage.
• Highly collaborative with solid management skills.
• Able to supervise a sizable team and manage of full set of manufacturing accounts and accounting system development.
• Experience in ERP systems is a must.

• Mature, able to work independently, well organized and detailed-minded.
• Has a strong sense of work responsibility and effectively controls waste in the production process.
• Able to handle emergencies.
