Mô tả công việc

  • Lead and oversee the group-wide accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
  • Manage and mentor senior accounting leaders, including Accounting Operations and Tax, driving accountability and performance across teams.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation for all group entities.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and group reporting requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, supporting credit facilities, KYC, and daily banking operations.
  • Act as the key liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal control for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting systems, internal controls, and SOPs.
  • Review and approve financial statements, disclosures, and management reports for the Board and Executive team.
  • Partner with the CFO and Strategic Finance on transformation initiatives, ERP migration, IPO readiness, and M&A due diligence.
  • Support business planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making through timely and accurate management reporting.
  • Drive training, knowledge sharing, and capability development within the accounting function.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting & finance, including 3+ years in a Chief Accountant or senior leadership role.
  • Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation, and multi-entity structures.
  • Solid knowledge of VAS and IFRS.
  • Proven experience leading audits, tax inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
