Chief Accountant (Rental Co.)

The day-to-day activities:

• Manage accounting division daily operations within a team
• Control Taxation risk and Internal risk
• Prepare monthly, Quarterly, Annually the financial statements of the company. Analyse them and build recommendations
• Be involved into cross-department activities to ensure the quality and accuracy of financial
• Manage cash flow, Payable, Receivable and Inventory, …
• Consult functional departments on matters related to Tax, Payment terms and Cash flow as well as other internal procedures
• Develop, Grow, Train the members of the Accounting team
• Ad hoc requests (if any)

The must haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance
• Good command of English
• Own certificate of Chief Accountant
• Previous experience 6 years minimum
• Proven knowledge of Vietnamese Tax standards, local and international accounting standards as well as auditing standards and procedures.
• Attitude Can
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of database
• Positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing business opportunities
• Confidence in problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
• Pro-active, independent with proven ability to work in a high pressure environment
