C&B Intern

As a C&B Intern, you will support the HR team in day-to-day operations related to payroll, taxation, and social insurance. Your main responsibilities include:

• Registering Tax Identification Numbers (MST) for employees (Local and Expatriates).

• Supporting family circumstance-based tax deductions registration.

• Assisting with Social Insurance (SI) related information and documentation.

• Preparing and updating the Social Night confirmation list.

• Coordinating with HR team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of employee records and C&B procedures.

• Other C&B administrative tasks as assigned.

• Internship term: 3 months.

• Can work full-time 4-5 days/week, 09:00 -18:00.

Skill Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and eager to learn new tools.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Required Experience

• No prior full-time experience required.

• Previous internship, part-time job, or project experience in HR, or administrative support is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently and handle confidential information with care.

Required Education and qualifications

• University students or fresh graduates, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a “can-do” attitude.

• Fast learner, able to adapt quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn about HR & C&B practices.
