As a C&B Intern, you will support the HR team in day-to-day operations related to payroll, taxation, and social insurance. Your main responsibilities include:
Registering Tax Identification Numbers (MST) for employees (Local and Expatriates).
Supporting family circumstance-based tax deductions registration.
Assisting with Social Insurance (SI) related information and documentation.
Preparing and updating the Social Night confirmation list.
Coordinating with HR team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of employee records and C&B procedures.
Other C&B administrative tasks as assigned.
Internship term: 3 months.
Can work full-time 4-5 days/week, 09:00 -18:00.
Skill Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and eager to learn new tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Required Experience
No prior full-time experience required.
Previous internship, part-time job, or project experience in HR, or administrative support is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently and handle confidential information with care.
Required Education and qualifications
University students or fresh graduates, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and a “can-do” attitude.
Fast learner, able to adapt quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn about HR & C&B practices.
