JOB PURPOSES:
The HR Outsourcing Consultant will be responsible for managing activities related to clients and contractors contain Labor management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy.
This role will work closely with clients and contractors under closed supervision to provide services with high quality and in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
A. HR Outsourcing Services Process
1. Outsourcing Services Delivery:
- Manage all activities related to the contractors, including but not limited to Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization
- Arrange Annual Health Check for contractors
- Issue monthly invoices on time
- Visit clients to get the inquiries and information if required
2. Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in working processes
- Work closely with related teams to ensure that data is accurately integrated into outsourcing processing
3. Reporting:
- Update regular reports as requested
4. Regulatory Compliance:
- Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if being required)
B. Client Consultation & Support
- Answer inquiries from clients, contractors in timely manner
- Contact relevant internal departments for special requests from clients, contractors
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and provide high-quality service
- Consult clients on labor-related regulations and assist them in understanding relevant documents and processes (if any)
C. Financial Goal Achievement
- Be responsible for achieving individual financial targets
- Support the team to achieve team’s target
- Follow up payment of clients, and to contractors on a regular basis
