Mô tả công việc
Manage all activities related to the employees (contractors) including Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Monthly Payroll Processing, HR Consultancy, Insurance and PIT finalization, based on the assigned clients/projects with punctuality, process compliance and accuracy.
Answer inquiries from employees (contractors) and the person-in-charge of clients.
Build and maintain relationships with people in charge of clients and provide quality service.
Issue monthly invoices to clients and follow up payment of clients on a regular basis
Follow up salary payment and other payments to employees (contractors)
Perform administrative duties as assigned
