1. Insurance Project Management & Execution:
- Proactively coordinate and support Leader in monitoring and coordinating the daily activities of the insurance partnership project, ensuring adherence to the plan and achievement of sales and service quality targets.
- Participate in building, tracking, and updating the detailed project plan (including key milestones, resources, scope of work), with a particular focus on implementing and optimizing the insurance product distribution process within the Con Cưng system.
- Ensure project activities comply with insurance operational procedures and relevant legal regulations concerning insurance agency/distribution activities.
2. Business Development & Partner Channel Operational Optimization:
- Proactively work closely with relevant internal departments (Marketing, Sales Operations, Training & People Development) to design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, consultation quality, and conversion rates for insurance products.
- Coordinate the development and standardization of sales materials, consultation scripts, and operational procedures related to insurance products at Con Cưng; participate in supporting training activities for the sales/consultant team.
3. Sales and Performance Tracking:
- Closely track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the partnership project, including: sales targets (API/APE, number of policies), conversion rates, policy persistency rates, customer satisfaction levels, etc.
- Conduct regular analysis of insurance business data, identify factors affecting results, recognize trends, and prepare detailed reports with in-depth analysis and actionable insights for Management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns/programs, propose necessary adjustments to strategies, processes, or products to optimize insurance business results through the Con Cưng channel.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain a professional, close, and effective working relationship with the responsible team, ensuring smooth two-way information flow and operational synchronization.
- Participate in regular business performance review meetings, update progress, exchange market information, discuss plans and joint activities to strengthen and develop a sustainable strategic partnership.
