You will be working as part of Kitchen by GrabFood team to expand our cloud kitchen business. The cloud kitchen is an exciting new venture that we believe will disrupt the food delivery space. In this role as a BD manager, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in creating deals that allow us to scale massively and rapidly.

- You will be on the BD team and will be responsible for closing strategic deals with top companies in Vietnam
Has strong business development skills to be able to close large scale and meaningful deals
Highly motivated to always be on the lookout for the best and most beneficial deal for the project
Has great leadership skills to manage internal stakeholders and wider BD team
The day-to-day activities:
- Working with the Head of Business Development on forging GrabKitchens business development strategy and strategic partnerships
- Drive growth in key accounts as measured by deliveries and GMV
- End to end deal managing (including working with other country BD, kitchen development, transport, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure the success of the partnership)
- Develop strong relationships with key partners that fit into our strategy
- Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Work across functions to tailor merchant specific needs (e.g. customized reporting, marketing support, integrations)
- Drive operational excellence by working with the merchants, operations teams, facilities management teams and suppliers for GrabKitchens
- Develop account management processes to facilitate and increase performance of all merchants within GrabKitchens
- To work with internal and external stakeholders effectively in building sustainable partnerships and business relationships
- To be able to close deals that would meet sales expectations within the predefined commercial terms
Key requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in F&B-related business development and partnerships. Particularly, experience in dealing with national chain brands.
