Serve as a key member of the GrabFood business development team to define the current landscape, strategize and execute top business development/partnership opportunities.
Leverage Grab’s business development network and generate new leads as required to identify opportunities to improve and iterate on user/driver-centric initiatives to improve user/driver experience.
Actively identify prospects/partners to engage by effectively developing and communicating a clear Grab value proposition to specific to the partner’s business and use case.
Take the lead to define key segments to target, drive projects/deals end-to-end from closure to execution and maintain key relationships at senior levels of small/medium/large corporate institutions.
Work closely with ops, marketing, product and business development teams throughout Southeast Asia (SEA).
Continuously own the development and execution of all business development initiatives, ensuring proper planning and on time, on target execution.
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to GrabFood management on progress and solutions to increase the customer adoption (users/drivers).
Track and analyze KPIs related to all initiatives and quickly build counter measures closely working with cross functional and cross country teams.
Assist the Head of Sales for team budgeting, mentoring, appraisals, and team management.
Ensure all initiatives meet strategic and KPIs of the company.
The must haves:
Be extremely organized, and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
4-5 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development in the F&B industry.
Demonstrate strong track record in project management, and managing internal/external stakeholders locally and regionally.
Proven ability to blend business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted, win-win deals.
Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Vietnamese and English is a must.
Proven ability to work independently and effectively.
Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment required.
