Mô tả công việc

I. JOB PURPOSES:

  • Owns and drives the delivery of digital/technology products.
  • Translates business needs into actionable backlog items.
  • Prioritizes features to maximize business and user value.
  • Ensures solutions deliver tangible benefits to end-users and the organization.
  • Acts as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Backlog Ownership: Create, prioritize, and refine product backlog based on business value and user needs.

2. Requirement Definition: Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.

3. Stakeholder Management: Align expectations, manage priorities, and ensure transparent communication.

4. Delivery Support: Work closely with engineers and designers during sprints to remove blockers and ensure on-time delivery.

5. Value Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.

6. Change & Adoption: Support roll-out, user adoption, and ensure solutions deliver tangible business impact.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in IT field

  • 4 years of working experience with 1 - 2+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role (must have)

  • Growth Mindset & One-Team mindset

  • General Competencies: Product/ Solutions Knowledge; Client Management; Project Management; Operation Management; Problem Solving & Decision Making; HRM Overview Knowledge​
