Business Analyst - Aftersales Product

With the mission of bringing the best shopping experience to customers, Tiki not only stops at providing the purchasing and delivery services, but also convenient after-sales one. As a member of the after-sales products development team, we have the mission and responsibility to build the system and make it different to keep customers' trust and shopping experience, then help Tiki to increase their retention.

We have a process of classifying and deciding the solution to handle returned goods so as to minimize costs. In addition, we record the problems root-causes to help stakeholders easier for making further decisions in order to contribute to Tiki's sustainable development process.

With the growth of Tiki, to meet the increasing demands of customers, there are many new objects and sales models are born every day, the system needs the flexibility to serve operations demands, this is an opportunity and also a challenge for us. We know our own mission and are on our way to conquering it.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for the team, you will be responsible for business process analysis and provide designs to meet requirements. We expect that you have a can-do mindset, can adapt to new things and be creative.

Responsibilities: 

• Understanding deeply of business and operation processes, analyze and design the solutions for Product Manager and development team
• Analyzing data to find out the product opportunities
• Support users in operation actively. Because the Tiki warehouse operates throughout weekends and holidays, you need to be mentally ready in the necessary situations.
• Study operation issues and design complete solutions with understanding of the big picture
• Be an expert and advise team-member about business logic
• Monitoring system performance, researching tools and metrics, to ensure the system is always running fast and stable

• Having knowledge of database management system design and analysis
• Fluency in data query languages
• Having a creative, product-oriented mindset to not only develop features exactly as required but also deep dive in the true needs of business
• Can work independently and can go deep into the details
• Having skills to work and communicate with different stakeholders, including operating, finance and accounting officers/managers.
• 2+ years related work experience
