1. Corporate Branding
● Developing and implementing brand management strategies to build brand love and customer engagement
● Monitoring and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand management decisions
● Assist in Planning and executing of all communications and media actions on all channels
● Managing budgets and resources related to brand management and marketing activities
● Collaborating with internal and external team to ensure consistency in the company's brand messaging and positioning
2. Project Management
● Supporting to building up brand marketing program to drive brand love and brand affinity
● Assist in working and follow up with Agencies and/or internal departments in developing TVC, POSM, Event/Activation…
● Full budgetary responsibilities for ensuring plans and campaigns are within agreed spending limits
● Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure projects are done properly and at high quality.
● Other tasks & report directly to Assistant Brand Manager
Requirements
● Bachelor degree in Marketing related field is preferred.
● At least 2 years of experience in Branding Marketing, preferably at a similar position in retail industry
● Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
● Knowledge of market research
● Highly flexible/open-minded, resourceful and practical.
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Good at computer skills (word, excel, power point)
● Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skills
