As the BIM Manager for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), you will:
- Oversee BIM coordination for the MEP part of the project
- Manage subcontractors responsible for BIM modeling in construction
- Lead the internal BIM team focused on MEP
- Collaborate with BIM consultants engaged by Vilai Viet
- Work directly with clients regarding BIM models
- Coordinate with the internal BIM team (CSA) to implement BIM during the construction phase
- Resolve model clashes in collaboration with the site team
- Collaborate with experts from Singapore to implement 4D BIM
