Job Purpose:
Under the direction of the Area Sales Manager, manage & develop sales markets in assigned provinces and regions., including and not limited to managing the sales team, distributors, and customer purchasing needs in the assigned area to ensure sales revenue meets the planned targets and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experienced with a network of key customer accounts.- Sales planning and management.- Management of distributor sell-in and sell-out.- Supervising sales team, enforcing sales discipline, focusing on sell-out, and ASO management.
Indicators of Success (KPI): Sell-in, Listing and New outlet
