JOB PURPOSES
As an Business Development Supervisor, your primary responsibilities are:
- Discovering new business prospects to boost revenue, increase profitability, and facilitate business expansion.
- Optimizing customer experience and fostering brand loyalty by comprehending the requirements of existing and prospective clients and providing customized solutions.
- Working closely with BD Corporate and account teams in achieving objectives like sales quotas and profitability targets.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products and services and devising innovative strategies to serve businesses efficiently.
- Managing and developing team members.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Financial Achievement
- Strategize with BU Head to set and align on business growth goals
- Drive team to meet team revenue target
2. Strategic Planning:
3. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market and competitors research to identify and pursue potential new corporate clients
- Identify and present the company’s unique selling points to clients through compelling proposals
- Define and develop potential BD channels
4. Business Development:
- Define attractive pricing strategy to win deals
- Implement effective product BD strategies to transfer from new leads to closed deals, achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Prioritize and track deals across products, both current and new
- Establish and nurture significant relationships with potential clients, partners, key decision-makers, and industry leaders to promote Talentnet’s products and services
- Contribute to new business ideas and/or acquisition projects at BU
- New product development inputs and proposals
5. Network & Market Exploration and Development:
- Develop partnership strategy for identifying new business opportunities
- Be responsible for reinforcing the Talentnet brand on the local & regional marketplace through networking events
- Join to consult related BUs on market trends with a view to develop/ tailor services, products, and BD channels
6. Excellent Service Provision:
- Continuously improve customer service and enhance positive experience
- Coordinate with related stakeholders to effectively solve clients’ complaints, record for providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Be responsible for CRM system and BD/ customer service processes, systems
7. Process Improvement:
- Contribute ideas to streamline working processes
- Implement new ways of working, processes and tools to improve productivity
8. Team Management and Development
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped to acquire more clients, retain existing clients
- Build up a high-performing team
- Set clear expectations, monitor performance metrics, and implement development plans to drive results
