1. Identify and establish collaborations with key partners in the automotive ecosystem (car dealers, distributors, OEMs).
2. Negotiate partnership terms aligned with business growth targets and compliance requirements.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner management teams to drive sales and customer acquisition.
4. Monitor partner performance (by branch/dealer/region) and implement improvement plans.
5. Coordinate onboarding and product training for dealership staff and sales consultants.
6. Support partners with sales materials, promotional toolkits, and guidance on loan programs.
7. Provide regular performance tracking reports to management.
8. Collect partner feedback to improve partner experience and product-market fit.
9. Collaborate closely with IT and Risk teams to ensure that partner sales systems (portal, app, API, etc.) are fully functional, user-friendly, and aligned with risk/compliance requirements.
10. Support incident resolution and system improvements that impact partner experience or business performance.
1. Experience: 5+ years in business development or partnership management in Auto Loan
2. Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, cross-functional coordination
3. Industry Knowledge: Familiar with auto loan processes, dealer networks, and motor vehicle financing practices
4. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Finance, or related field
