Assistant Sales Manager | ISO certification & Training (based in Hanoi)

• Lead Sales, Customer Services, and Project Coordination teams in audit/certification business (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27000, FSC CoC) and Training activities
• Develop and execute strategies in sales, marketing, customer relations, and key account management
• Support BA Sales Team to implement sales strategies and achieve revenue & profitability targets
• Manage audit scheduling & coordination to meet internal protocols and client expectations
• Identify, create, and follow up on new accounts, products, and market opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize lead generation, marketing programs, and customer-focused events
• Work with BA regional team to co-execute go-to-market sales strategies
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
• Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Business Assurance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in audit, certification, training, or consulting
• Proven sales and business development track record
• Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Mature, self-disciplined, and result-driven, able to work independently under pressure
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
