JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the accounting system to ensure accurate and reliable operation.
Maintain the integrity of GL transactions by auditing expenses, preparing GL entries, and reviewing/approving ledger entries.
Review all expense documentation and ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
Prepare core P&L items for weekly and monthly forecasts.
Review taxation-related expenses and ensure all aspects of tax risks are properly addressed.
Review and control Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and bank transactions.
Review and declare monthly and yearly VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT reports.
Ensure financial security by strictly adhering to internal control procedures.
Contribute to the accounting and organizational goals by completing related tasks as required.
Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as requested.
Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5–7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in GL or Financial Planning & Analysis within manufacturing or service environments.
Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
2. Technical Knowledge
Computerized accounting software; ERP knowledge is a plus.
Budgetary control and key financial performance measurements.
Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards, practices, and taxation regulations.
Strong ability to identify and resolve accounting or system-related issues.
3. Skills & Competencies
