Get to know the Role:
-Identify areas for drivers’ KPI improvement
-Evaluate the driver service experience
-Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing drivers resulting in increased total online driver, active driver and completed jobs
-Assist in implementing/socializing new policies and procedures to meet area target (Rides Allocation, Performance, Acceptance Rate)
-Keep performance evaluation and appraisals (incentive) for our Partners in the area
-Develop safe, positive and achievement-oriented environment for our Partners in area
