I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

AI Strategy & R&D

• Lead R&D to develop simulation, optimization, and intelligent decision-making systems.
• Design advanced AI models using RL, LLMs, Generative AI and deep learning architectures.
• Translate new research into applied, production-ready solutions.

Technical Leadership

• Architect scalable data & model pipelines: ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-impact AI projects with strong performance and reliability.
• Drive experimentation frameworks and best practices across the AI organization.

Team Building & Mentorship

• Hire, mentor, and develop AI engineers and researchers.
• Build a culture of scientific innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.

Cross-Functional Impact

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Support digital transformation and automation across the company.

Success Metrics

• Generate minimum 3 actionable insights per quarter.
• Conduct 3 cross-functional collaboration sessions per quarter.
• Drive quarterly training initiatives for AI engineering capability building.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Technical Must-Haves

• 5–7+ years in Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
• Strong expertise in:
• RLHF, Multi-Agent RL, Policy Optimization
• Transformers, BERT, GNNs, GANs, VAEs
• Generative AI & LLM ecosystems
• Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end AI/ML/RL systems at scale.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and data infrastructure.
• Skilled in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI SDKs.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate theory into impact.
• Strong communication skills to align diverse teams around AI vision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, drive results, and cultivate innovation.
• Experience developing talent and leading technical teams.
