Mô tả công việc

1. Inventory

  • Reviewing inventory transactions in the Oddo system made by other departments.

  • Ensuring that all accounting entries regarding inventory valuation are recorded accurately.

  • Managing Master Data of Product in Oddo, ensure to input relevant information (price, tax, brand, kind, barcode…) accurately.

  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure they are within acceptable ranges.

  • Reporting on inventory levels, costs, and turnover rates to management.

  • Detecting the differences between Oddo system & warehouse/store physical report, and proposing solutions.

  • Play a key role in the annual monthly/physical inventory counts and audits at warehouse/stores.

  • Collecting Goods delivery/ received note for storage purpose.

2. Account Receivable

  • Check sale orders and issue VAT invoice.

  • Follow promotion programs and reconcile with sale orders.

  • Follow cash flow in bank statements & reconcile with sale orders

  • Check detail payments in online payment gateway (Vnpay/Zalopay/Onepay)

  • Reconcile account receivable with partners/related departments.

  • Collect, check and store related documents.

3. Perform related duties as assigned by the Manager.
