Accountant (Đồng Nai)

The accountant mainly focusing on product cost maintenance, he/she will manage standard cost at SKU or component level; Analyze cost changes and provide impact; Support production and other functions.

• Assist the Manager in acting as a business partner with role focusing on Budgeting and Planning.

• Perform analysis/reporting for scorecard and other benchmarks/ KPI.

• Build costing BOM/Routing and standard cost release for product making.

• Analyze manufacturing overhead costs and identify the variance versus budget.

• Cost control and work with each function to find out cost reduction opportunity.

• CAPEX tracking and control to make sure all the items are booked on time.

• Tracking material scrap and find out root cause.

• Make an analysis/tracking for production efficiency.

• Coordinate with regional team/ PRC team to ensure the accuracy of data reported.

• Manage pricing issues with other functional departments

• Bachelor’s degree, major in Finance/ Costing.

• Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin/ Cantonese is a plus.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong experience with ERP system.

• Good presentation skills

• 2-3 years’ experience in Finance/ Costing in which at least 1 year in manufacturing.

• Experience worked in a multinational.

• Experience with standard costing system and BOM analysis.

• Very good interpersonal skills.

• Very good problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

• Ability to work under pressure. 

• Nice to have some experience working with big-size Vietnamese/ Chinese companies.

• Nice to have some audit/tax experience.

• Nice to have IFRS/ GAAP exposure.
